 Kevin Land!

For all you do for the Club, a big heart felt 
WE THANK YOU!

What's he done?

Here's the short list:

  • Furnished and delivered power tools, generator and materials to build new float
  • Used his expertise and those power tools to help build the float
  • Labored countless hours to see that the 
    float was ready and safe to go to the 
    parades on time
  • Gave Panama City Parrot Head Club paint 
    to paint the float
  • Ran the rented back hoe to clear the debris from the construction project of the float (and no, Kevin, Carolyn says you can't buy your own backhoe.. L0L)
  • Arranged to get the dumpster for the waste 
    materials from the tear down from the float
  • Continues to be instrumental in refurbishing and redecorating the float
  • Is generally where we need him to be at just the right time.
  • Has a winning "tropical spirit" and engaging 
    personality.
  • Is a true Parrot Head Partying for a Purpose!
  • For his ever constant service to PCPHC a great big WOO HOO We love you!

Kevin Land is married to Carolyn, who says he told her that they would have an interesting marriage.  Carolyn has stated that there has never been a dull moment since marrying Kevin.  She has a favorite description of Kevin, so ask her about it. 

Kevin and Carolyn will be going to Pasadena soon to see his son marching with the Niceville High School Band in the Rose Bowl parade.  Just one of the many interesting moments in their lives.  

Kevin can take any piece of wood and bend it into anything he wants to make of it.  His dream is to make wooden toys for needy children.  Carolyn says when they get their new home ready, that will become a reality that she hopes other Parrot Heads will become involved in making come true.  Party with a Purpose and paint brush in hand using non-lead safe paints with the Lands. 

From day one of joining the Panama City Parrot Head Club Kevin has busily been working behind the scenes to create opportunities for other Parrot Heads to have a great time.  We're so pleased to honor this very active and contributing Panama City Parrot Head!
