Here's All About Us.

  
We meet on the 3rd Friday, of each month usually on 
  the back deck of Buccaneer Lounge at the Days Inn on
  Beach Drive, Panama City, Florida.

  For those who need a "little bit more" parrot head in
  the month, we have our more informal "PHlockings" 
  on the 1st Friday of every month. Check out our
  newsletter and calendar for more information. 

  In addition to the "PHun" part of our meetings, you'll
  enjoy meeting and greeting new and old friends, live
  music, conga lines, dancing and conch blowing as we
  hail the setting sun.  Since we "party with a purpose"
  we will have some type of fund raiser for a selected
  charity.  They call us "Angels in tropical shirts,"
  because we are a social club with a "charity problem." 

  We also help to keep our community environment
  cleaner by hosting Shell Island and other beach
  cleanups.  We also have adopted a portion of 15th
  Street, here in Panama City,  as part of Highway
  Cleanup Project. 

 



Founder 


Susanna Russell founded the Panama City Parrot Head Club which began as a satellite club of the Emerald Coast Parrot Head Club in Destin, FL.  Achieving status as an independent club the Panama City Parrot Head Club has seen steady growth in membership and the variety of activities it offers its members.  Susanna's "Party with a Purpose" leadership has  led to the numerous contributions to community charities and environmental causes that the club has accomplished.
